As early as 1820, buildings were recorded on this site, which offers a magnificent view of the Coulx windmill. In 2006 a barn was converted and managed to retain the charm of the old elements with a touch of modern comfort (renovated in 2021 with a brand new swimming pool, sauna, pétanque court and playground for children) .
We offer you private accommodation that can easily accommodate 14+1 people with a large private swimming pool to spend the days in peace and quiet.

 

designed for groups, families and young children - La Belle Epoque can comfortably accommodate 14 adults and up to two babies (maximum 15 people at the same time). With a totally private pool (brand new for 2021) and extensive private grounds, this is the perfect rural retreat. We have a children's playground, a frisbee court, table tennis and an infrared sauna outside. This cottage is ideal for large families with young children or for groups of friends bringing their families together. We offer many additional options to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This ranges from a private chef to individual yoga classes, activity sessions for children, stair gates, changing mats (everything you need for a baby on vacation). We also have a small children's pool next to the main pool.

 

The interior of the house:

A large open living area with vaulted ceilings. Well equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room around a wood fire. On the ground floor, bedroom 1 and its bathroom have a double door opening directly onto the rear patio and the pool area. Upstairs you will find 5 more well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a double bed and a single bed (plus an en-suite) which overlooks the front gardens, bedroom 3 with a double bed and an en-suite which overlooks the rear patio and swimming pool, bedroom 4 with a super king bed (or two single beds) that overlooks the swimming pool, bedroom 5 with a super king bed (or two single beds) and a dedicated children's bedroom (with two cots) which overlooks the swimming pool and bedroom 6 with three single beds which overlooks the front garden. Bedrooms 4/5&6 share the family bathroom with large walk-in shower and roll top bath (brand new for 2021).

 

Lot et Garonne is a wonderful place in the countryside with plenty to do locally. Our famous night markets during the summer months allow you to choose local produce cooked to your liking. Beaches, lakes and nautical activities nearby. We are the garden of France and you can enjoy a wide variety of food and drink here.

The owners (and hosts) live in a separate property next door and are on hand for any questions/needs.
